Our physician office, walk-in urgent ortho care, and after-hours urgent ortho care are located on the 3rd floor. Physical and occupational therapy is located on the 3rd floor.

From Ridgefield:

Follow CT route 33 South through Ridgefield for 5.5 miles.
Go slight left to stay on CT – 33 South. Continue for 1.4 miles.
Turn right on US 7 (Danbury Rd.) South for 1.4 miles.
Turn right into 249 Danbury Rd., Wilton Wellness Center.

From the Norwalk and points south:

Follow Route 7 North for 6.3 miles.
Go left into 249 Danbury Rd. (Route 7.), Wilton Wellness Center.

From the Merritt Parkway Northbound:

Take exit 39 toward US 7 North, .6 miles.
Keep left at the fork to continue toward US 7 North, .3 miles.
Take slight right onto US 7 North, 3.7 miles.
Turn left into 249 Danbury Rd., Wilton Wellness Center

From the Merritt Parkway, CT route 15 Southbound:

Head west on Connecticut 15 South.
Take exit 41 towards State Highway, 33/Westport/Wilton for .2 miles.
Continue left on Connecticut 33 N./State Highway 33 N./Wilton Rd. for 3.3 miles.
