Jeremy earned his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Connecticut. He is an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT). Jeremy has experience with both personal (1-on-1) and group training. He was a former assistant strength and conditioning coach with UConn Football. Jeremy also has experience as a USA boxing coach and specializes in youth athletes. Jeremy has worked with the ONS Physical Therapy team since 2021.
