Orthopaedic & Neurosurgery Specialists (ONS) has partnered with MRO to support the accurate and timely processing of medical records requests.

Temporary Processing Update

As we transition to a new medical records processing partner, requests submitted between August 27, 2026 and September 4, 2026 may take longer than the typical processing time. We appreciate your patience during this transition and apologize for any inconvenience.

Before You Submit A Request

A $6.50 fee applies to each medical records or imaging request submitted through MRO.

***Need medical records only? You can access your medical records at no cost through the ONS Patient Portal.*** Please note the actual X-ray and MRI images are not available through the Patient Portal.

For copies of:

Office visit notes
Operative reports
Test results
Billing records
General medical records
Imaging reports and electronic imaging files (X-ray, MRI, CT scan)

Medical records requests are typically processed within 3 days.
