The ONS Foundation for Clinical Research and Education, Inc. (ONSF), a nonprofit organization, was established by a dedicated group of orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons from Orthopaedic and Neurosurgery Specialists, concerned individuals and community leaders who realized the importance of improving patient results through shared research and education.

Seeing thousands of patients each year, the physicians were acutely aware of the limitations of specific treatments, the potential benefits of new emerging treatment trends, as well as the value of effective injury prevention initiatives.

ONSF is dedicated to developing, validating, formalizing, and disseminating the latest advances in surgical techniques, rehabilitation protocols and clinical outcomes in orthopedics and neurosurgery to improve patient care on regional and national levels.
